Breakfast: We did breakfast at a local place where I had
  • Two pork chops (the first was good and the second was not
  • two eggs over east
  • hash brown potatoes
  • two slices of whole wheat bread with grape jelly and
  • coffee!

Lunch: Salad from Dillions and a can of DP.

Dinner: 1 1/2 Ruben and potatoe chips with low fat cottage cheese and a can of DP.

Pre-Bed Snack: A gin-n-tonic...
