Breakfast: A chicken samwhich and a can of DP.

Lunch: left overs from Long John Silvers ("fish", french fries, those little balls of something) and a can of DP.

Dinner: An Appleby's salad and a can of DP. To my shock, my 2 hours past dinner blood sugar reading was 208! This is more than what I get from steak, baked potatoes and maybe a desert!
