Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and a can of DP.

Lunch: At the Long Horn: crousant samwhich of turkey an d chips and water.

Dinner: At the Liong Horn: salad with French dressing, a nice steak, baked potatoe, broccoli and water. Desert was apple cobbler.

Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic...
