Breakfast: Two eggs over easy, well cooked bacon, hash browned potatoes, whole wheat toast with grape jelly and coffee.

Lunch: Long John Silber for chicken thingie, french fries, those little rouind balls of mash and a largish glass of "Diet Pepsi".

Dinner: Hamber, potatoe chips and a can of DP.

Pre-Bed Snack: oddly enuf, nothing...
