Breakfast: wheaties and a single slice peanut butter and grape jelly
sandwich, plus coffee

Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown, French Dip sandwich, fries and water

Snack: four Little Debbie sugar donuts...

Dinner: Marie Callender's Beef and Broccoli (Sliced Beef with Rice &
Broccoli in a Savory Sauce) and water (Not too bad even if it did have
too much salt: 1200 mg or 50% of my daily allowance. I will have to
create something similar to take to work but without the salt and
perhaps with brown rice.)
