Breakfast: At the Boot Hill Casino Restaurant, SOS on hash brown potatoes, an SOS bisquit with grape jelly, well cooked bacon and well cooked disks of sausage and coffee

Snack: a truly awful glass of "Diet Pepsi" and a couple of glasses of coffee

Lunch: the left overs from last night (i.e. steak and baked potatoe). I only ate about ½ of my dinner

Dinner: homemade beef stew (beef, potatoe, garlic, onion), garlic bread and water

Pre-Bed Snack: a double gin-n-tonic and then a second one (a single)
