Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: left Zaterans and a bottle of Diet Pepsi
Snack: at the local movie theater, chips with cheese dip and a medium "Diet Pepsi"
Dinner: a Healthy Choice meal: meatloaf with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn, apple desert and water
Snack: gin-n-tonic
I would have tested my blood sugar (it being a Friday evening, after all) but my 7 year blood sugar meter apparently has died on me. I suppose I could try hunting down AAAA batteries...
