Breakfast: left over steak and baked potatoe from the other day and a bit later, two slices of sour dough toast in milk toast and coffee...

Lunch: a six inch subway sub meatball sandwich, potatoe chips and a medium "Diet Coke"

Dinner: a can of Dillions Store brand beef/potatoe stew, a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich on sour dough bread and iced water. The leftover chocolate milk shake from last night also.
