Breakfast: homemade SOS on sour dough bread and coffee
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown, an excellent cold cuts sandwich with bacon, tomatoe, 2 types of cheese, turkey, bacon and mayo and a big scoop of potatoe salad and iced water
Dinner: Healthy Choice roast beef meal with roast beef, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, carrots and a bottle of cool water
Pre-bed snack: a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter and some grape jelly
