Breakfast: some bacon cooked in my larger cast iron skillet and a bowl of spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee

Snack: coffee and a square of dark chocolate

 
Lunch: at "Tres Amigos" for two items which I don't remember and rice and beans with "Diet Coke"

The service was quite good. The new management has expanded the interior (got rid of the buffet), lightened the room up with lighter colored wood and have really improved the food and appearance of the restaurant. It is worth going to...
 Dinner: a Healthy Choice Sundried Tomato and Chicken Alfredo (Chicken Tenderloions and Whole Grain Pasta in Creamy Alferedo Sauce with Sundried Tomatoes and Broccoli)
