Breakfast: cherios and coffee
Lunch: Healthy Choice meatloaf meal and a can of Pepsi One.

Snack: bananna split (all chocolate syrup) at Dairy Queen

Dinner: Kathie made steak, baked potatoe, broccoli florets and I drank cold water with dinner and a gin-n-tonic after dinner.
