Breakfast: Cheerios and coffee
Lunch: office luncheon where I had:
- hamburger on bun
- hamburger no bun
- well cooked hot dog no bun
- potatoe salad
- chocolate cake (which I made) and vanilla ice creamme
- vanilla ice creamme with home made chocolate sauce
- a couple of glasses of Diet Coke
Dinner: Healthy Choice fish dinner and a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich afterwards.
Snack: a couple of gin-n-tonics...
