Breakfast: homemade SOS on pan fried shredded potatoes and coffee
 
Snack: can of Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and little Oreo cookies
 
Lunch: a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich on sour dough bread and a can of Pepsi One.
 
Snack: popcorn
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken meal and a gin-n-tonic
