Breakfast: spoon sized shredd wheat, the small piece of steak and some of the baked potatoe left over from the other night and coffee
Lunch: at Casey's Cowtown:
- country fried chicken
- mashed potatoes with white gravy
- corn
- a roll with butter and grape jelly and
- iced water
Snack: a small amount of ice creamme and coffee
Dinner: First, I had an apple. It was amazing how good this apple tasted but then, hunger is the best appitizer. Then, the main course: Marie Callender's Beef & Broccoli and iced water.
