Breakfast: creamme of wheat and coffee

Lunch:  We went to the newly opened Jimmy Johns. I had a #17, "Ultimate Porker" This was, to quote them: "Real applewood smoked ham and bacon with lettuce, tomato & mayo, what could be better"_The food was very good.

Snack:  After donating a pint of blood to the Red Cross, I had:
  • ham sandwich
  • chips
  • little cookies
  • coffee, iced water and canned orange juice
        Dinner:  Healthy Choice and iced water

Pre-Bed Snack:
