Lunch: at Arbys, a chicken sandwich, curley fries and apple turnover with a medium "Diet Coke"
 
Snack: a banana
 
Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Stamers Cajun Style Chicken & Shrimp (Chicken Tenderloins & Shrimp with Rice and Vegetables in Spicy Cajun-Style Sauce) and iced water
 
Desert: two Reeses cups
