_____Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee
________Lunch: at the DCCC and had:
  • 2 pork chops
  • small amount of rice taken before a saw
  • sliced potatoes with cheese sauce
  • apple sauce
  • potatoe soup
  • apple cobbler with vanilla ice creamme
  • "Diet Pepsi"
_______Dinner: tuna noodle casserol and a bottle of LandShark
Pre-Bed Snack: a gin-n-tonic and small amount of dark choc chips
