____Breakfast: spoon sized shredded wheat and coffee

_______Lunch:Lunch at the DCCC 
  • roast pork
  • mashed potatoes and brown gravy
  • chocolate cake
  • glass of "Diet Pepsi"
_______Dinner: SWE went to Appleby and I had:
  • onion soup (which was fine)
  • about half of an 8 oz sirloin steak
  • most of a baked potatoe with
    • butter and
    • sour creamme
  • a big glass of Stella and most of a second glass (I literally could not finish the second glass although it was an excellent beer!
