             Breakfast:  milk toast 
                         Slice sour dough bread with peanut butter and grape jelly
                         Coffee


                 Lunch :  At DCCC. 
                          meat and rice soup
                          Salad with 2 slices ham
                          Ice creame#
                         "Diet Coke"

                  Dinner:  steak on slice sour dough bread#
                           Broccili
                           2 glasses Uncle Johnny's Pale Ale


        Pre-Dinner Snack: dark chocolate chips
