________Lunch: grilled ham and cheddar cheese sandwich

some dark chocolate chip

boiled potatoe

boiled hot dog

AM 130    PM 107

I blended the boiled evening foods and put the chopped up hot dog in. This is as close I come to a veggie meal. I was surprised by how low my evening score (107!) was!
