Breakfast: At McDonald's, a "Big Breakfast"
  • scrambed egg thingees,
  • a potatoe thingie,
  • three (3) pancakes (which I didn't finish, I got full!),
  • bisquit with grape jelly,
  • a can of DP and
  • a cup of coffee.

Lunch: Part of a bowl of chicken noodle soup, a little "sammie" kind of samwhich at Quixos and later, a chicken breast and can of DP. Oh, I also had a glass of "Diet Pepsi" from Quisons...

Dinner: Pizza and a bottle of Mic Lager (and a small amount of gin left over from "sterializing" a funnel I used in making some home made wine and a bit of tonic water with it).

Pre-Bed Snack: doesn't look like Kathie will get home from the Ford County Historical Association meeting before I go to bed...

Breakfast: Hamberger on two slices of whole wheat bread and a can of DP.

Lunch: A nice chicken salad at Casey's Cowtown and water. I asked for "Diet Pepsi" and got two glases of Doctor Putrid Pepper.

Dinner: At Arbys: chicken and steak fehidas, "Mex" rice, sour creamme, cooked onions and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".

Pre-Bed Snack: A couple of gin-n-tonic and a small piece of dark choclate.

Breakfast: At McDonalds: A Big Breakfast of
  • "Scrambled Eggs" (a slab of egg flavoured stuff),
  • their breakfast potatoe thingie,
  • a sausage patty and
  • a bisquit with grape jelly plus
a can of DP.

Lunch: At an Oriental -er- Asian restraunt a variet of stuff and a can of DP.

Snack: Low fat cottage cheese with grape jelly.

Dinner: A biggish hamberger, potatoe chips with cottage cheese and 2 ears of corn on the cob.

Breakfast: Pancakes and coffee plus a can ofr DP.

Lunch: Orange and a container of strawberry yoguer.

Snack: At the Red Cross Blood drive, a bowl of potatoe soup with crackers, coffee and a glass of ice water.

Dinner: At Casey's Cowtown: Salad, filet with bacon stip, two glasses of "Diet Pepsi" and "Creamme Boule" for desert.

Breakfast: We did breakfast at a local place where I had
  • Two pork chops (the first was good and the second was not
  • two eggs over east
  • hash brown potatoes
  • two slices of whole wheat bread with grape jelly and
  • coffee!

Lunch: Salad from Dillions and a can of DP.

Dinner: 1 1/2 Ruben and potatoe chips with low fat cottage cheese and a can of DP.

Breakfast: Peanut butter samwhich and in mid-morning, some boiled speghetti noodles and a can of DP with each.

Lunch: Sonic bacon hamberger, fries and a medium "Diet Coke"

Dinner: Homemade speghetti sauce and store bought spegetti noodles. My sauce was made from

  • 1/2 medium oinon
  • two garlic cloves
  • 8 small tomatoes
    Blended this in me blender...
  • about 1.5 pounds of hamberger and
  • cooked for at least an hour
a can of DP

Breakfast: A chicken samwhich and a can of DP.

Lunch: left overs from Long John Silvers ("fish", french fries, those little balls of something) and a can of DP.

Dinner: An Appleby's salad and a can of DP. To my shock, my 2 hours past dinner blood sugar reading was 208! This is more than what I get from steak, baked potatoes and maybe a desert!
