Snack: A hamburger bun with peanut butter and grape jelly and a can of D.P.
Lunch: A small meat pizza and a largish glass of "Diet Coke"...
Dinner: McDonald's salad and water...
Pre-Bed Snack: Gin-n-tonic...
People think that what they eat daily will always be remembered as normal, yet this isn't true. Someday, my descendants might be amused or appalled at what I eat...
Lunch: A small meat pizza and a largish glass of "Diet Coke"...
Dinner: McDonald's salad and water...
Pre-Bed Snack: Gin-n-tonic...
Lunch: Wendy's double hamberger, baked potatoe with sour cremme and butter and a large "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: At Casey's Cowtown: Large steak, baked potatoe, salad and water. (Thirty years ago, I would never have believed that I didn't finish the steak and potatoe because I wanted:) Desert! Cremme Bolua{sp} This was custard with some kind of toping and alcohol that was placed on top and burnt off.
Pre-Bed Snack: A gin-and-tonic...
Lunch: Hamberger and tomatoe soup and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Healthy Choice meal and a can of D.P.

Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: Two charcole cooked hot dogs, about a cup of potatoe salad, two small pieces of boiled corn, several glasses of low sugar lemonade, choclate cake with a chocklate chunk filled vinaila ice creamme. After lunch, I had another hot dog...
This was at the Leader Dog For The Blind at Rochester Michigan...
Snack: Some chips and sausa and two (2!) 20 oz glasses of Sam Adams...;
Dinner: Some roast beed on a bun and a glass of D.P.
Pre-Bed Snack: A half slice of sour dough bread with peanut butter and a glass of water. This was intended to tide me over through the stomach effects of taking the pain killers but I ended up not taking pain killers. Oh, well...
Lunch:
Dinner: Sterak and white gravy covered chicken, baked potatoe, veggies and water.
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: Arby's roast bveef and onion flowers and a "nmedium" glass of "Diet Coke"...
Dinner: Oven boiled pot roast, potatoes, carrots and a glass of water...
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: A McDonald's Bacon Chicken salad and a can of D.P.
There is something I don't like about these salads. It is not just the lack of veggies but is the roasted chicken. Their roasted chicken just bothers me. I don't know if it is the breading or whatever but regardless, I got most of the chicken down before I wasn't able to continue stuffing this "chicken" into me.On the other hand, when I gave the left overs to my dog, I'm not sure he even chewed before he swallowed the "chicken".
I guess I rewarded him well for sitting there waiting...
Dinner: Homemade pot roast, potatoes, carrots and water. I was planning on testing my blood sugar 2 hours after eatting but got done eatting too late and went to bed before the 2 hours was up. Oh, well...
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: A ruben and a half, can of chicken noodle soup, oyster crackers, 2 cans DP and a small piece of Kathie's birthday cake.
Dinner: Left over steak, baked potatoe, roll and onion rings (onion segments actually) and a pair of cans of DP. The left overs from Montana Mikes (when we went to lunch on Kathie's birthday yesterday).
Lunch: Salad and a glass of "Diet Pepsi"...
Dinner: Healthy Choice POt Roast and a can of D.P.
Pre-Bed Snack: A bottle of MGD beer and a peanut buttert samwhich.
Lunch: Something "Mexican" whose name escapes me, with sour cremme on it and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Ribeye steak, most of a "loaded potatoe", a "loaded" salad and two glasses of "Diet Pepsi" at Montana Mike's 9very good food) and a "Sunday" at Dairy Queen.
It was Kathie's birthday and she wanted carrot cake. Montana Mikey's was out. So, we changed our order to a brownie-ice creamme-fudge-sauce mixture (one for each of us) but they were out of ice creamme! Kathie lost her temper, we cancelled the desert order and headed over to Dairy Queen. Diary Queen at least had ice creamme!
You see, Montana Mike's gets their supplies on Monday and yesterday being a Sunday, they simply had run out. I did suggest to the waitress they go to the 14th Dillions and buy a couple of gallons of ice creamme...
Pre-Bed Snack: An MDG...
Lunch: Salad (I think...)
Dinner: A Healthy Choice TV dinner featuring pasta, tomatoe sauce and chicken plus a can of D.P.
Pre-Bed Snack: gin-n-tonic
Lunch: Two piece "extra crispy" chicken at the "Rat" with mashed potatoes and white gravy and a piece of corn on a stick. Also, a medium "Diet Pepsi".
This was a real mistake and one I won't repeat any time soon!
The chicken was soggy and not at all crispy!
Dinner: Salad from Dillons with a can of D.P.
Pre-Bed Snack: A couple of gin-n-tonics with potatoe chips to help prepare my stomach for the upcoming pain killers. It worked, I didn't wake up with massive indigestion...
Dinner: Stoffer's Lean Cuisine Panini Southwest Style Chicken, a piece of sour dough bread with peanut butter and a bottle of MGD.
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: Salad and a can of D.P.
Dinner: Canned stew and water...
