Lunch: Shredded Pork with Bar-B-Que sauce and a large “Diet Coke”
Snack: The seasoning really whacked me and I felt strong pain near the bottom of the right side of my ribs. I ate a small bowl of chocolate chip vanilla ice creamme and that helped!
Dinner: A large Kosher hot dog and a large “Diet Coke”. Pre-Dinner Snack: A couple of gin-n-tonics!
