Breakfast: Cold oatmeal, coffee and a can of D.P.
Lunch: Various at work: Chicken on a stick, stewed meatballs and gravy over white rice, vinilla ice creamme and an excellent choclate syrup. Yumm! Yumm!
Dinner: Salad and a can of D.P.
