Breakfast: Three scrambled eggs, chunk of sour dough bread lightly oven toasted with peanut butter and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: An Arby's large (#3) roast beef samwhich, deep fat fried "onion pedals" and a glass of "Diet Pepsi".

Dinner: A Healthy Choice Bar-B-que chicken with roasted potatoes, broccol florets and a nice peach desert and (of course) a can of D.P.
