Breakfast: Milk toast (made with a thick slice of sour dough bread toasted in the oven) and some crumbled sour dough bread added to the left over milk.

Lunch: Two hand formed hamberger patties and a can of D.P.

Dinner: Healthy Choice® Cafe Steamers™ Grilled White Meat Chicken & Roasted Red Pepper ALferedo Sauce With Linguini Pasta & Broccoli Florets and a can of D.P.
