Lunch: At Olive Garden: salad, speghetti with meat sauce and meat balls, desert was a custurd over choclate cheese cake and "Diet Coke". It was worth every penny!
Dinner: At Home, two hambergers and a scoup of potatoe salad and a can of D.P. (plus a bottle of MGD).
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: A nice steak and baked potatoe and a salad and a glass or two of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: Salad and water (it was after all a Friday!)

Dinner: This was a salad from Dillions. It was adequate same that my wife doesn't take me seriously when I tell her I don't like the thin sliced sausage they provide. The nice thing about salads is that I'm likely to not finish them; I start feeling nausiated in time to stop eatting before finishing...

Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: A large hamberger, fries and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: Boston Market: Pork chop with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies (corn, carrots and broccoli) and a glass of water. My expectations were too high: even the heroic amount of salt they put in couldn't give this much flavour...
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: Chunk of overcooked hamberger and a can of D.P. and then a DQ Dilly Bar.
Dinner: Salad and water...

Dinner: Boston (Home Styule Meals) Beef Sirloin * Noodles (Sliced Beef Sirlohn in a Mushroom Gravy over Buttered Egg Noodles) and a can of D.P. I didn't read the label and didn't see the Mushroom part.
Pre-Bed Snack: Gin-n-tonic...
Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown, Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and white gravy and corn and a couple of glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner:
Lunch: Montana Mikes for a nice steak, baked potatoe and salad with French Dressing as well as two glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: Dillion's salad and water
Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: (At Casey's Cowtown): A roast beef on roll, potatoe salad and a glass of "Diet Pepsi". (Or was it two?)
Dinner: Bacon in a toasted sour dough bread samwhich, three fried eggs and two D.P.
Pre-Bed Snack: Gin-n-tonic
While this was good, I wasn't really fond of the seasoning in the sauce that covered the chicken.
Lunch: Casey Cowtown: sliced roast beef, big scoop of potatoe salad, a small piece of corn on the cob and several glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: Sliced roast beef in gravy over white rice. (Probably something I should not have had but it was too tempting and tasted too good!)
