Breakfast: Milk toast with two thickish slices of sour dough bread and 2% milk and "Splenda" vice sugar.

Lunch: Quinos for their version of "French Dip", chips and a can of D.P. (we ate at home...)

Dinner: A frigging salad...

Pre-Bed Snack: Some of the Quish...
