Breakfast: Aunt Jemima pancakes and sausage and a can of D.P.

Lunch: We had an office luncheon: I had

  • two chicken legs pre-roasted and slow cooked in a bar-b-que sauce
  • a scoop of potato salad
  • a roll
  • one large and one small (actually &12; or &13 an ear) of corn and finally
  • a large scoop (and a little more) of the "Premium Source" vinella ice cream I'd brought to the feast.

Dinner: This was a salad from Dillions. It was adequate same that my wife doesn't take me seriously when I tell her I don't like the thin sliced sausage they provide. The nice thing about salads is that I'm likely to not finish them; I start feeling nausiated in time to stop eatting before finishing...

Pre-Bed Snack: a g-and-t...
