I forgot to take my morning metformin yesterday morning but remembered to take it last night. I had a salad for dinner and two hours after eatting, my blood sugar level was 109. I ate a small peanut butter and grape jelly samwhich for a pre-bed snack (I needed something in my stomach to buffer the pain killers.)
This morning, my score was 128.
Amazing, a rise of 9 points given that I hadn't eatting anything in over 8 hours and had drank only a little water. I guess my liver was pumping sugar out in spite of me having not eatten a lot...
