Breakfast: South Beach Diet Breakfast Wraps All American (Scrambled egg whites, reduced fat mozzarella & nonfat cheddar cheeses, tomatoes, smoked tu7rkey bacon & cheese sauce in a while wheat tortilla) and a can of D.P,.

Lunch:
A Healthy choice meal and a can of D.P.

Dinner: An unhealthy Choice of a meal:
Left over steak from the other night, left over part of baked potatoe, left over half-a-roll and a bunch of rice and corn boiled together. Also, an MGD for a drink...
