Breakfast: Cherrios and a small hamberger on whole wheat bread, two cups of coffee and a can of D.P.


Lunch:
At Quinos, a "Traditional" sub: ham, turkey, lettuse and a sauce (quite good and may lead to me eatting lettuse on samwhiches) and a "large Diet Pepsi".
Snack: Oddly enuf, I could not stand the thought of having ice creamme, even Dairy Queen ice creamme!


Dinner:
Healthy Choice® Cafe Steamers Roasted Chicken Chardonnay (Chicken Breast WIth Pasta & Vegetables In Creamy Chardonnay Wine Sauce), about a 1/3 a bag of popcorn and a can of D.P.

I didn't notice the mushrooms until after the meal was in the microwave oven...

Barf!
