Lunch: Thanksgiving Dinner featuring:
- turkey cooked in a plastic bag,
- mashed potatoes,
- dressing (cooked in the bird!),
- gravy,
- rolls and margarine,
- mixed veggies, boiled,
- smallish piece of pumpkin pie and no fat "topping" and, finally,
- two cans of D.P.
Dinner: A South Beach Diet™ "All American" Breakfast Wrap and a can of D.P. The "All American Breakfast Wrap is:
Scrambled Egg White, Reduced Fat Mozzarella & Nonfat Cheddar Cheeses, Tomatoes, Smoked Turkey Bacon & Cheese in a whole wheat tortilla.
