- Two pancakes,
- two sausage patties,
- two patties of butter,
- some no sugar pancake syrup and because they ran out,
- some regular pancake syrup.
- Also, two cups of coffee and a cup of water.
Lunch: A large hamberger and a can of DP, with a largish handful of dark choclate "choclate chips" for desert.
Snack: coffee...
Additional Snacks:Twice, I had some of the left over frozen meatballs (that I left in the office). The first time, I had one. The second time, I warmed two meatballs up in the microwave, put Worchester Sauce and mustard on them and washed them down with a little bit of coffee...
I had been feeling tired and weak all afternoon and had the occasional stab of hunger. I was thinking that I could be experiencing hypoglycemia but we type 2s aren't supposed to get that...
Dinner: Healthy Choice® Cafe Steamers™ Cajun Style Chicken & Scrimp (Chicken Breast & Scrimp With Rice & Vegetables In Cajun Style Sauce), a bag of CHEEZ-ITs and a can of DP.
It was a couple of hours after finishing dinner that I remembered to take my evening pills. SHIT!
Snack: A gin-n-tonic with peanut butter and low sugar grape jelly on a gingle slice of sour dough bread.
