Breakfast: 1 slice of sour dough bread with a largish tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 cup of oatmeal with splenda and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: salad with steak, grilled onions, thousand island dressing and water.

Dinner: At Montana Mike's: salad with thousand island dressing, grilled salmon, "fully loaded" baked potatoe and water. ("Fully loaded" baked potatoe means with cheese and bacon.)

Pre-Bed Snack: A tablespoon of peanut butter and no alcohol...
