Breakfast: Aunt Jamima pancakes and sausage and left over meatloaf (not much), a cup of coffee and a can of DP.
Lunch: At Casey's Cowtown: sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes and brown gravy, scoup of cottage cheese and two medium glasses of "Diet Pepsi".
Snack: One of those packages of Lil' Debby sugar coated donuts and a cup of coffee.
Dinner: Appleby's salad, water and a chunk of "French Bread" with peanut butter and low sugar grape jelly.
