Breakfast: From Burger King, SOS on bisquits, potatoe thingies and coffee.

Lunch: A large orange, container of yogurt and some of that homemade meatloaf.

Dinner: At Applebys, a 9 oz sirloin steak, "fully loaded" baked potatoe and mixed veggies (steamed broccoli florets and stamed carrots).

Pre-Bed Snack: A gin-n-tonic.
