Pre-Bed Snack: Two glasses of low fat Eggnog with a shot of rum each.

About two hours before bedtime, I felt the familiar signs of "I'm-going-to-vomit-an-hour-after-going-to-bed". So, I waited till my wife walked our dog and induced the vomiting. After spuewing the usual discoloured liquids, I felt much better. I still chugged some "Pink" (Pepto Bismol).

I really should see my Family MD about this...

Being diabetic, I have to keep track of what I eat. (I haven't done a good job of maintaining this blog this year...)

I should also keep track of how much I pee after going to bed; this is an indication of how badly I am dealing with my blood sugar. Hense ≤2 and >2 for how long I was abed before having to "offload".

"v" is for vomiting and "s" for shit (actually diarrhea). I've had the diabetic stomach problems and sometimes wonder if it is the food I've eaten or damaged nerves. A trait of diabetes (or so I'm told) is nerve damage that leads to poor emptying of the stomach into the
intestines...
