Lunch: A SOinc chicken "burger", fvries and a "medium" Diet Coke. At home, my homemade potatoe coup and some wretched cooked ham.

People think that what they eat daily will always be remembered as normal, yet this isn't true. Someday, my descendants might be amused or appalled at what I eat...

Pre-Bed Snack:
Lunch: Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, aspargius and a roll. This washed down with water.
Snack: Some coffee cake and a cup of coffee (of course!)
Dinner: Some left over turkey.
Pre-Bed Snack: A "small" gin-n-t0nic.
Lunch: Yogurt with strawberries and Splenda and a corned beef samwhich when I got home.
Dinner: Homemade tuna noodle casserol of:
Pre-Bed Snack: Two glasses of low fat Eggnog with a shot of rum each.
About two hours before bedtime, I felt the familiar signs of "I'm-going-to-vomit-an-hour-after-going-to-bed". So, I waited till my wife walked our dog and induced the vomiting. After spuewing the usual discoloured liquids, I felt much better. I still chugged some "Pink" (Pepto Bismol).I really should see my Family MD about this...
Lunch: Two little oragnes, little bowl of plain low-fat yougurt with strawberries and Splendea and at home, some left over chicken baked with bacon on them. (I saw this on TV yesterday when I was walking on the treadmill; on TV, they were showing how to cook Corfnsih Game Hens.)
Dinner: Boiled steak, baked potatoe, boiled broccoli florets, a bottle of MDG and a coffee cup of vinilla ice creamme with fudge sauce. (I had this as a snack after lunch as well...)
Lunch: Orange, yougurt with strawberries and Splenda and bag of popcorn at home.
Dinner: At the Mall's Mexican restruant, two items with a lot of hamberger, Mexican rice and mashed refried beans, chips and sausa and a mixture of whipped creamme and choclate on pastery.

Lunch: Montana Mike's for most of their 1 lb hamberger, excellent French Fries (which reminded me favourably of the Pomme Fretes we had in France in 1964) and "Diet Pepsi".
Dinner: The leftovers from lunch, a boiled boneless skinned chicken breast, two much boiled rice and an MGD.
