Breakfast: Oatmeal, a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut
butter and water.
Snack; Bag of popcorn.
Lunch: Small bowl of low fat plain yogurt with strawberries and Splenda. At home, I had a Dillions' chicken breast (and it tasted horrible) and a couple of coffee cups of water.
Dinner: Boston (Home Style Meals) Market Meatloaf with Homestyle Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and water. (also, a Bon Bon before dinner.
