Breakfast: Oatmeal, slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter, cup of coffee.

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Two hard boiled eggs, plain yogurt mixed with strawberries and a little Splenda and water.

Dinner: Boiled chicken breast, boiled potatoe, boiled broccoli florets, an apple and a little water.
