Breakfast: At "Vernon's Place", two eggs over medium, hash browns
(undercooked), slices of well cooked bacon and several cups of coffee.
My MD has taken me off of soft drinks, put me on the wagon (this is my
5th night and it is proving to be a hard seat!) and told me to stop
drinking coffee. Well, I still drink a cup or so with breakfast and
the coffee is so good that I just let the waitress keep filling the cup...
Lunch: Two hog dogs (which has far fewer calories that the Turkey "hot
dogs"), a big bowl of Kroger brand chicken noodle soup and two "Little
Debbie" powder donuts for desert.
Dinner: Two banannas, the last two "Little Debbie" powder donuts and
Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers (Fresh taste unlocked by Steam!) Chicken
Red Pepper Alfredo (Chicken Tenderloins with Linguini & Broccoli in
Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce) and ice water.
