just had to restart my computer. This attempt is hampered by having to
hold my dog on my lap. He was begging at my feet and starting to growl; he
thought I had food. Now that he is on my lap, he realizes I don't have any
food for him...
Breakfast: last of the wheaties, slice of sour dough bread with peanut
butter and cup of coffee.
Lunch: Bowl of plain no-fat yogurt with strawberries, two little oranges
and at home, a balony samwhich (I usually buy the "slice it for me" balony
and this time I bought the $1.47 balony; it was awful and I'm thinking of
reserving it for "treats" for my dog...)
Dinner: baked chicken, some boiled white rice and boiled corn, with a
bananna for desert. Then, I didn't eat anything else and woke up around 2
am feeling hungry. I refused to give in. That was great! I ended up with
one of my best morning blood sugar scores (119) that I've had in years!
