Breakfast: wheaties and a cup of coffee

Lunch: two chicken breasts and some rice plus a can of DP

Dinner: Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Cajun Style Chicken & Scrimp
(Chicken Breast & Scrimp With Rice & Vegetables In Cajun Style Sauce)
and water.

Snack: Piece of "French Bread" with butter and water
