Breakfast: oatmeal, a single slice of whole wheat bread with peanut
butter and a cup of coffee.

Lunch: plain yogurt mixed with strawberries and after I got home, two
hard boiled eggs in a samwhich of whole wheat bread and a can of DP.

Snack: a little bag of little (6) powder sugar coated donuts...

Dinner: a baked potatoe with a Kroger "Meals Made Simple" Beef Pot
Roast with Gravy.
