Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of toast with grape jelly and a
can of DP.

Lunch: At Montana Mikes': two little pork chops, fully loaded baked
potatoe, roll with butter, salad with French Dressing and Diet Pepsi.

Dinner: Boston Market Meatloaf with home style mashed potatoes & gravy
and water... (This was a big mistake; if I keep it down then I will be
quite surprised...)
