Breakfasts: wheaties with bananna and coffee.

Lunch: baked steak, boiled rice and a can of DP.

Dinner: Lazanna, asspargus and a bottle of MGD.

Snack: a small gin-n-tonic (and I wondered why I visited the facilities
twice last night and still had a blood sugar of 149 this am...)
