Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch: a piece of left over pizza (only about a week old...)

Snacks: Dillions had freeby/sample stands and I ate too many sweet;
that meant my body was dumping sugar all afternoon (micturate ergo sum)

Dinner: steak, baked potatoe and aspargus

Snack: gin-n-tonic (Bombay gin, so expensive I won't be drinking it
very often...)
