Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Snack: about half a corned beef sandwich

Lunch: yogurt with strawberries

Post Lunch snack: a deep fat fried chicken breast and chicken leg from
Dillions. The leg was better than the breast and I should have gone
with maybe 3 legs...
I had a bottle of Diet Pepsi with this.

Dinner: A Burger King double hamburger, fries and water.

Post Dinner Snack: a single shot gin-n-tonic. About an hour after going
to bed, a mouthfull of Malox {sic} for the GERP. From what my wife said
this morning, she would have benefited from a "man sized dose" of Pepto
Bismol (said "man sized dose" is about twice the recommended dose.
After all, "the best dose is an overdose"...)
