Breakfast: oatmeal and coffee

Lunch: stewed pork chops, chicken, potatoes, corn and sour krat, with
water and coffee

Snack: a Diet Root Beer float at A&W

Dinner: a three piece (2 breast, 1 wing) roasted chicken meal at KFC
with mashed potatoes and brown gravy and corn on the cob
