Breakfast: three eggs (scrambled) with dried onions, red pepper and
ground black pepper and coffee

Lunch: yogurt with strawberries and later, a chopped up hotdog boiled
with rice and coffee

Dinner: left overs from last night (the chicken broccoli casserol) and
then a bierock with mustard and iced water
